ICM met with Mr. Tomey in an effort to support him with his employment goal. ICM accompanied Mr. Tomey to the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation located at 444 N 3rd street Philadelphia, PA 19123 to assist him completing an application for OVR services. While, at the OVR Mr. Tomey was able complete the application and learn more about the services available to him through OVR. Staff at the OVR informed Mr. Tomey that he would receive a letter with his orientation date within two weeks. As ICM and Mr. Tomey walked back to the car Mr. Tomey was coughing and appeared to have some difficulties with his breathing. ICM talked with Mr. Tomey about his health and the importance of ensuring that his health needs are addressed. ICM suggested that
