Summary Of Mr. Sipple's Case

On 12/17/2015, Mr. Sipple's was charged with USC 1st degree. 06/08/17, Mr. Sipple's sentence was modified to 8 years at level 5, suspended after 2 years at level 1 with GPS Monitoring.

All special conditions suspended except for No contact with Gabrielle Cubage and no contact with minors under the age of 18 years old.
Mr. Sipple is a tier 3 sex offender on GPS monitoring. Mr. Sipple was evaluated and recommended for sex offender's group. However, according to the sentencing order, it did not specify if Mr. Sipple's has to attend sex offender treatment.

Please note, Sex Offender Treatment was never ordered on the sentencing order but it’s a part of Mr. Sipple’s sex offender conditions.
