The year is 1787. We the people In the new colonies, there will be three groups that make laws including a higher group called the senate that can veto laws made by the lower groups called the house of legislators and the other lower group would be called congress. There are 2 members per state for each group to help represent the entire country and also for them not to give too much power to any state no matter the size
The senate is in charge of vetoing and reworking laws that are proposed by the house of legislators and congress. However, for the military, the minimum age is 18, and there must be no health problems and good vision and hearing recorded by professional doctors, as well as zero felonies and a letter of recommendation from a prior teacher if under the age of 20. The procedure that the territory will have to follow is that the territory has to be, at the least 1000 square miles, must be voted in by at least 60% from the government of all of the branches, and has to abide by the Constitution and other laws, as well as be approved by the presidents. There will be a decision process that is about a month long for changing this document. All of the representatives of the executive, judicial, and legislative branches will meet to discuss the proposed changes for the first three weeks, and the last week will be spent voting on the final decision to change something. 60% of all of the branches must approve the change to go forth with it. If changes are approved the public will be alerted.
This document will be approved by all the members that created this Constitution, adding their signatures to the end of the certificate, and a final review and edit. Then, all three branches of the government will sign off and have to agree with everything on the document. It will be implemented for the benefit of each citizen of the United States by enforcing this document throughout each and every state in the
