The definition of business environment means all the external and internal elements that affect how the company works including employees, customer and management, supply and demand and business regulations. Business environment really affects the business it may be form role in the betterment of business or in the damaging the business. The term ‘business environment’ means external forces, factors that are not in the control of the business and they effect the functions of the business or the functions of organization. These includes customers, competitors, Suppliers, government, and the social, political, legal and technological factors etc.

2. Products
MacDonald’s having about so many products for their customers. And many new products which is just for limited addition. Some of their main products are as following.
Hamburger, Chicken, French Fries, Soft Drinks, Milkshake, Salads, Deserts, Coffee, Breakfast, Wraps and Etc.

Legal Structure
MacDonald’s is an Partnership organization. All MacDonald’s franchises in UAE are 100% locally owned and operated. All business decisions are locally made. The MacDonald’s organizational department are divided in levels: at the top there are Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating officer. Below that the other departments: Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, National Operations, Legal Managers, Information and Strategic Planning.
Other performing department within MacDonald’s are Legal, Customer Services, Franchising, Security, Hygiene and Safety, Property and Construction, Supply chain and restaurant services.
