Per Reporter: Kecia currently has an open investigation due to her drug (marijuana, meth & Xanax) abuse. Kecia has been bragging that her case would be closed 8/29/17. Kecia continues to use drugs around the child. Kecia has colored her hair hoping the dye would mask her hair if a hair phallic test is done. Kecia also drink vinegar and water together to mask her urine in case of a UDS. The child has not been harmed due to Kecia using drugs. Chris does not use drugs. The child has not been harmed due to Kecia being under the influence. Chris is employed; however, Kecia is not. A paternal relative and a friend has provided food for the child due to Kecia complaining of not having enough food in the home. It is not known for certain if Kecia
