In the book Johnny Tremain there were a bunch of events because this book is based on the American Revolution. Johnny lived and was in some of the events. It starts off on July 2, 1773.
Johnny was an orphan, his father left when he was little and his mother died when johnny was little. So he was adopted by the Laphams and became a silversmith and worked for them for 7 years and got injured (he burnt his hand). So he went to a family to see if he could live with him because he was broke, Jonathan Lyte. But when Johnny showed Jonathan the cup to prove they were family, Jonathan accused him for stealing his cup, but when Johnny and Jonathan went to court, in the end Johnny won because he had the cup before Jonathan had his cup stolen. After that he gets a job as a newspaper boy. Learns to ride a horse. He becomes a Whig and participates in the Boston Tea Party. Then Johnny acts like a spy for the Sons and Liberty. But when war comes he can't participate because of his hand. In the beginning of the war Rab (Johnny's best friend) dies so Johnny goes and gets his hand fixed so he takes Rabs rifle and fights for him. Events

I was when the colonist were mad because they were putting taxes on the tea so the British government could make some money because they were low on money so they thought of doing taxes to earn it back. They also tried other Acts to get the money, but the colonist didn't like any of them and the British government were tired of making more acts. Johnny becomes a whig. Then he participates in the Boston Tea Party. He caught his brother smuggling some of the tea and got him overboard into the harbor and then he said he could chop open tea chests all night, and ride all
