Joe Ehrmann was the coach of a high school football team, who was also a former NFL player. Jeffrey Marx who was interested in Joe coaching style taught Marx how it was best for the team to have chemistry with one another and he goes on by trying to talk to each player to understand them on a personal level. This is similar to what I’ve been learning in my leadership class that it was best for us group of guys to understand one another to help each other and be on the same path to success. Which Jeffrey Marx tells a story on how the story will resonate with athletes, coaches, parents and/or anyone struggling to make the right choices in life. We all will hit a certain road block which we would have to make a difficult decision, but with the help of those who you made personal connection with, you will find it a lot easier to make a decision whenever you speak with them. I’ve made idiotic and rough decision throughout my first year and a half of college because I was dumb. However, I saw what I was doing and made a change because I found out I was failing and that I had people who were counting on me so I made a decision to change and find the right path again. I’m still learning and will continue to learn on the way with the help of all my friends, mentors, advisors, and coaches because there will always be situation where I will be at a road block and I know I will need their
