Many patterns/trends were found within the data collected and observed. One pattern found was the difference between the heart rate right after the 2 minute exercise from the intermediate to vigorous. Thomas’s intermediate heart rate was 140 bpm and it drastically went up to 186 bpm after his vigorous exercise. It was the same for Jaclyn: her intermediate heart rate was 132 bpm and it went up after her vigorous exercise to 136 bpm. Therefore, her heart rate increased minimally by 3% while Thomas’s heart rate drastically increased by 33% from the intermediate to vigorous exercise. Another trend found was the length of the recovery heart rate after the intermediate and vigorous exercise. For example, it took 90 seconds for Jaclyn’s heart rate
