D-According to the patient she is stable on her current dose and opioid dependency free besides her ongoing use of THC. Furthermore, the patient reports she will provide Nursing with her updated RX script tomorrow. The patient reports her struggle with obtaining employment due to her criminal background-2 Felonies for drug possession. At this time, the patient is supporting herself through survival benefits and her daughter's SSI. The patient stressed that she no longer wants to depend on those benefits and regained her independence. The patient discussed her prior experience with her employment and how much she misses working. Please note the patient hasn't worked in 14 years. The patient applied to a position at Coca Cola, but haven't heard anything from the company for awhile and believes it has something to do with the criminal background 15 years ago and/or she hasn't worked in 14 years.

The patient thanks this writer for the list of temp. agencies during the prior session and will use it as her last resort. This writer provided the patient with motivation and encouragement with her search of employment and update this writer. …show more content…
Since the last session, the patient attitude towards this writer changed whereas she was more engaging and open about her issues initiated the conversation. There was no evidence of SI/HI.
