Enrique has an important decision to make on whether he stays in America or goes back to Honduras. In the book “Enrique’s Journey” by Sonia Nazario, it states,”Lourdes says that Honduras is a horrible, lawless place.” This explains that Honduras is a terrible place with lots of crime. This statement would prevent Enrique from allowing his child to stay there. Especially without him being there to be sure he doesn’t end up like he was. The book also states,”He vows he will be back in Honduras with in two years.” This is saying that he will return to his son after he gets enough money to support his family. Basically he wants to return to Honduras to be with his son and family. The only thing stopping him is that he wants to get enough money
