In Habitudes #3, Dr. Elmore explores how leadership produces health and vitality to others. Dr. Elmore begins his exploration by establishing through an image of a mirror that a leader’s followers will reflect his strengths and weaknesses. As a result, Elmore shares images of a river and a flood, a drill bit, and a man duck hunting. Through these images, Elmore contends that a leader must provide focus much like a river bank channels the water downstream. In addition, a leader must keep the big picture in sight, and is selling results to those who are following him.
