CSW met with consumer and her daughter to assist with consumer's daughter starting the process of researching colleges. CSW used open ended questions along with active/supportive listening to discuss with consumer and her daughter her current grades and what area of study she would like to focus on in college. In addition, CSW discussed with consumer and her daughter if consumer's daughter would stay in state or go to a university elsewhere.
