1. In the articles “Crisis At Chipotle” and “How To Handle A Crisis” by Kristin Lewis and Adee Braun proves that successful business should respond to a crisis. One quote from “Crisis At Chipotle” talks about how the owner of Chipotle spoke out and apologized for what had happened to the costumes and to the food. “The next month, he went on the Today show to apologise and talk about the changes the company was making” (Lewis and Braun 12).
This quote prove that when a successful business is going through a crisis they should apologize about what happened and make changes to the problem. Another tip on how a successful business can deal with a bad crisis is to stop selling the product and some how tell the costumes that a crisis has occurred.
