For this course, the three objectives that I incorporated at work (KOI) were obtaining my RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification, improving my planning and organizational skills for various tasks that needed to be completed, and cultivating professional relationships with colleagues and supervisors. I first selected the goal of obtaining my certification because it was something I needed to achieve in order to move out of training at work. Additionally, I feel that having this as a goal for the course gave me more motivation for obtaining the certification. Improving my planning and organizational skills was an objective not only for the length of this course, but something I want to continually work on throughout my time at the company. I…

The change management process, together with internal branding programs is expected to bring about ideal behaviors in employees, which would align the operations of Coca-Cola worldwide, and bring about efficiency throughout Coca-Cola across all its business segments. Coca-Cola hopes to bring about a thoroughly integrated system of communications, and focus on creating brand relationships with their employees. This would enhance the operations of Coca-Cola, as an integrated approach would mean all employees believe in engaging fully in the values, and this would become an inherent part of the employees at a personal level. Coca-Cola is actively seeking to incorporate the change into its company if the recent conference on internal branding and employee engagement held in February,2011 by Robin Gee, Head of Employee Engagement for Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR) is any indication. Robin Gee is responsible for “building capability in engagement, maintaining engagement momentum and ensuring that engagement is integrated into CCR’s people…

Marketing Plan¬-Marketing develops appropriate marketing plans so that the marketing objectives of the organization can be achieved. Companies make plans to increase production, increase sales or plan to use promotional tools, etc e.g., a marketer of LED TVs,having 10% of the current market share, aims at enhancing his market share to 20% in the next two years. For this, they will have to develop a complete marketing plan covering various important aspects including the plan to increase their level of production and promotion of product. In my opinion marketing plan of PepsiCo is very complicated and a very big question because PepsiCo has several disparate lines of business.…

My uncles, aunts, cousins, and my mom all hold a position in healthcare. But I don’t want to become a nurse to keep the legacy going; I want to join the field because watching them care for others and changing lives on a daily basis made in impact on who I want to be. However, Coca Cola still has work to do in order to maintain its leading edge within the industry. According to Coca Cola the Real Story Behind the Real Thing, for a decade or so soda sales have been dropping as Americans have increasingly turned to energy drinks, juices and tea. In other words, the increasing health concerns pushes more Americans to alternative beverages which will in turn decrease the supplies demand for Coca-Cola products. This will allow beverages that provide a healthier alternative to penetrate the market. For this reason, “Building a portfolio of “consumer-centric brands” requires shifting focus from what the company wants to sell to what consumers want to buy”(Moye, 2017).…

My experience in marketing started early in my career when I took control of the internet sales department, a relatively new concept in the retail automotive industry. A lot of this knowledge was gained through trial and error, as the industry was in the middle of a change at that point, and I was handling an uncharted territory by myself. The question approach in the sales process helped me uncover a lot of what it took to get a potential customer to move from looking at a website to walking into the dealership. This led me to take a lot of approaches that were uncommon at the time, such as adding a searchable inventory of our cars to the company website. In addition to the marketing of the individual vehicles via the internet, rather than…
