In her new life, she is living a dream when her parents are not around her to tell Melanie what to do, or what is right or wrong. She is using the advantage of having a ‘professor-student’ relationship. She starts missing a lot of classes, especially David’s Romantic Poetry course. She knows that professor David always has her back with the attendance and the grades in his course, and it is something that he is not supposed to do. Melanie is not only the person who David has a relationship with, also she is his student. He is always very compassionate with her, he trusts her, he believed in every single word she says to him in different occasions. For that reason, she knows that David would not say anything against her because David is in love with her. Melanie begins showing up her personality transformation from that Melanie before who seems as an innocent, responsible, and with values lady to a new Melanie who is an irresponsible, irrespective, and without ethics value woman who does not care about
