Tiffany Strever's article, "Care and Service", is about two important things that have happened career wise in her life. One of the important things, was how she was influenced to become a nurse. She was influenced by her cousin, who was a nurse, and also by an accident her daughter had. The other important thing was how many nursing positions, in many states, Strever worked in to get the job she has today. In the article, Strever talks about how she was a nurse in a small Iowa hospital to being a national stage trauma educator in Arizona's National Guard.
