The client is a 31-year-old African America male. He reports having three children. He repots no past or present legal concerns. Justin reports working fulltime as a Uber driver. He reports having a high school diploma and some college. Justin stated he was jump about 5 mans it causes serious brain damage. The client reports no history of mental health. The client reports drinking alcohol with the onset age 21, his last drink was on 4/26/2018 it was five beers.
