CM Gilmore completed a UHV regarding the safety and well-being regarding the children listed in the report. The family was not present at the home; however, shortly after CM Gilmore arrived CM arrived. CM Gilmore explained the purpose of the visit.
CM Gilmore met with bmo Diana Wiggins privately to discuss the allegations in the report. Bmo disclosed the following:
• There was an argument while the school social worker Jan Scarbary was there at the home visiting. The visit was pertaining towards the children being tardy multiple days.
• Bmo disclosed that she asked Josh (person who was residing with her for the last couple of months) to leave the home around the same time the school social worker was present at the home.
• The two girls said something to make him mad, but she is not sure of what statement was made.

• Josh was not a paramour in the home, he was only a friend in the home.
• Josh moved out of the home, and he will not be coming back into the home.
