Summary Of A Case Study: Hi Zora

Decent Essays
Hi Darrell, indeed there was a collapse in communication regarding this job benefits’ program. Management should have provided more communication or information sessions prior to this benefits program. If management did not have the knowledge about the benefits program they should have communicated this to their employees. Managers have a job to communicate to the employees their lack of knowledge, and to direct them to someone that can help them. Because of this a cloud of distrust may have been created. The managers may feel that it was the workers responsibility to educate themselves, but if a workers asked them questions regarding benefits is it not their responsibility to answer the workers’ questions? Any positive working relationship
