The experience I’ve had with ethnic bias is against those with intellectual disabilities not being treated equally (Corey, G. Corey, M.S. & Callanan, P. (2015). I have seen this many times through my work experience with those who have intellectual disabilities. Some examples are that people at times assume those with intellectual disabilities are incompetent, there are a lot of public places that are not equipped for people with disabilities, some events even have certain amount of wheelchairs allowed venues and also being stared at in public places.
