I started with Wells Fargo in March of 2015 as a Managed Resource as part of the migration from TransCentra to WISP. In May of 2016 I was hired as a full time Team Member as a BSC working primarily with Home Mortgage letter development. At the end of September I was given the opportunity to learn Home Equity along with working the process of building letters from start to finish or the “One & Done” process. My previous work history has been primarily Collections and Litigation at John Deere Financial. My collection experience has been collecting on accounts anywhere from 1 day past due to over 90 days past due along with working with repossession companies to repose equipment. In the Litigation department I handled bankrupt customers’
