Summary: Master Of Science In Rehabilitation Counseling

According to Langston’s University (2013) website, Langston’s campus is home to a group of diverse students from around the world and students have accessibility to in house professors who instruct classes. In addition, I will be attending the Langston-Tulsa campus. It is a state-of-art facility in the historic Greenwood District, which was once known as “Black Wall Street”. The campus offers a variety of courses from Langston’s degree programs. Specifically, the program of study that I desire to pursue is the Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling.
My determination to attend graduate school corresponds with my goals which are to receive a Master’s of Science (MS) in Rehabilitation Counseling and to become a certified rehabilitation counselor, who is qualified, professional and trained to work in public and private rehabilitation agencies and institutions. Langston University’s school of Education and Behavioral Sciences objectives coincides with my mission to become a certified rehabilitation counselor. Also, the instructors are available in the classrooms. Additionally, my recent experience of the young man’s death has ignited my aspiration to become a rehabilitation counselor who can change the lives of others. My philosophy of life is to help people in need, to uplift them and make a difference in their lives.
