She definitely needs a low back care exercise program that involves the low back extensors, hip flexors, hamstrings, and abdominal muscles. She can do static and PNF stretching at low intensities. The stretch should be held for 10 to 60 seconds for maximum flexibility, but she can start with 10-30 seconds for static stretching on hip flexibility and 15 to 60 seconds for her tight hamstrings muscles. She can do 8 to 10 exercises and 4 to 5 repetitions for each exercise, as the flexibility of her lower back and hamstrings improves, the number of repetitions can gradually increase to progressively overload the muscles.
