The drive to increase sales comes from the drive of the employees. There are simple ways that restaurants increase sales that Osgood Brewing can use as well. Below those techniques are shown as well as ways to improve and increase marketing techniques that do not have high costs and can be as easy as telling your neighbor about the restaurant. Again, this is all roots back to the the front of house, back of house, and management team’s ability to present profession and high quality customer service. Both businesses keep a consistent brand, food products, and beer offered, which correlates directly with the success. Osgood Brewing needs to have a consistent branding label and ensure consistency every time a customer enters the building. To go further with consistency and customer service, the business must return customer phone calls and emails, collaborate with other businesses to create a larger community feel, and create their own news and share it.

Since Osgood Brewing is a small local business, costs that are associated with marketing and advertising may not be available.
