Hi Yusif,

I too am a believer of the “healthy mind in healthy body”. I try to get to the gym 4-5 times a week, but still I am lacking the good knowledge about muscle training, I’ll hope to enroll in a weight training class maybe next semester. I also believe that the brain is like a muscle and needs to be continuously flexed. That is also a reason that pushes me to continue my education.

Good efforts are always rewarded

Healthy Decision Persuasive Essay by Jasiah Lots of people know it’s best to exercise 5 days a week for about an hour each day, but many people would rather play Destiny or Skyrim than go outside and play a game like soccer or lacrosse. In the following paragraphs I will explain the pros and cons of getting at least 1 hour of exercise 5 days a week and how it can affect your lifestyle. An unexpected benefit of exercise is a reduced amount of stress. Another would be the fact that exercise boosts happy chemicals in your body and in some cases can be just as effective as antidepressant pills. Something else would be the proven idea that it prevents cognitive decline by building up chemicals in the brain that support and even deny degeneration…

Unquestionably mental health (MH) is a public health concern; however, as in all matters of health focus has shifted from the treatment of illness and disease to that of prevention. Subsequently, this theory also applies to MI in efforts to reduce not only its prevalence but also the anguish suffers endure. However, reducing the prevalence is complicated by the fact mental illness is both complex and far-reaching, whereby, a one-size-fits-all approach proves ineffective. For that reason, intervention and prevention programs must be independently tailored in such fashion as to meet the objective and outcomes expected. For instance, a prevention program that aims to reduce the incidence rate of HIV infection amongst adolescents suffering from MI would prove ineffective if used to reduce the incidence rate of sexual assaults committed by sexual predators who suffer from MI.…
