The hiring process will be quite simple to start. At first, the founders will need to initially find applicants that fit management roles. Since our structure will primarily be flat, the organization will not have too many management positions to fill. Once the management roles are filled, the management team, as well as the founders, will look for applicants who are not only a good fit within the company’s culture, but those who are complementary fits as well.
Startup Culture

Dress code: FoxTrot’s innovative and startup culture warrants that the employees can wear whatever makes them feel most comfortable. Of course, all that the company asks is that they bring their good judgement when doing so.
Greetings: This is a large part of the hiring process because most of the visitors will be interviewing at FoxTrot. A warm greeting by the receptionist and an offer of beverage and/or snack upon arrival will help the candidate, or visitor, begin to understand the culture art FoxTrot.
Parking: Parking is not a large issue, but FoxTrot does not give out personal parking spots. If the company’s CEO decides to come in late, even they will be parking wherever they can find a spot. FoxTrot, although, will have designated parking areas for visitors and the employees.
