Summary: Early Growth Of Ranger Bay

In the early growth of the city the main issues were getting people to move into Ranger Bay, getting commercial zoning filled, and providing ample room to expand without going into debt. Increasing the population of Ranger Bay was a constant issue throughout the game, but was considerably more difficult in the beginning because of the lack of jobs, schools, and other basic necessities for a city to thrive. Once I put in the airport and connected to the highway in South Ranger City, providing jobs in their industrial center, population rapidly expanded driving up the demand for housing in Ranger Bay. To filling in the central commercial center in Ranger Bay, taxes were lowered to provide incentives to move stores into Ranger Bay instead of
