Peggy Fischer and Peter Smith’s superordinate goal should be to donate an agreed upon amount of money to MCA that both parties feel comfortable with. Peter should not fee like he is donating too much money to MCA where he will feel financially strapped going forward and Peggy should feel like she received an appropriate settlement from the original pledge where MCA does not feel like it is in as bad of a financial position that it is now. This donation should also help with the construction of the new building, but maybe the new building plans are not as extravagant as they are now. MCA will still be able to build an amazing facility, but maybe it has a smaller library, no café, or special events area. The museum should build a facility
