Summary: Creating A Compensation System For E-Sonic

Our consulting team was assigned to create a compensation system for e-sonic. The first thing we created were the job descriptions for the different positions and the job structures to follow. Our choices for the two job structures includes Marketing and Sales along with Human Resources. We chose four jobs for each job structure. On the Marketing and Sales structure we chose Director of sales and marketing, sales manager, marketing manager and sales marketing analyst. For our Human resources structure we chose Human resources director, human resources manager, human resources specialist and human resources assistant.
