On 6 May 2016 I had a brief discussion with Stephanie Ross of Internal control regarding security posture for the upcoming dismissal of employees that conduct business within the Charles F. Hurley building. We agreed the building needs to be staffed with additional security during this time to safely conduct daily operations and to allow for flexibility in the event of multiple incidents and to provide a security presence in the form of interior patrols.
