Outer-Space is terrifying. People don’t know nearly ¼ of the whole universe, nor will we ever. The human race is always looking for a new way to expand our great species. Recently, an entire other planet has been an option. The question is… which one? Mars is the best option in our solar system. But there is still a lot to do before Mars is inhabitable to all humans. Solar energy can be gathered for electrical purposes. Traces of water can be found. Plants inside greenhouses help with greenification of the sand planet. All solutions to the issues found on Mars. Slowly, from the first human colonists to cities and countries with their own presidents and officials will exist on Mars. With long, dedicated work, Mars could …show more content…
Getting energy would be the first step and setting up a way to receive oxygen. With the sun shining bright over the planet, solar panels with many rows are set up to receive as much solar energy as possible. The Mars colonies will be a planet based off solar energy. Because the planet is farther away from the sun than Earth, some believe that the solar energy will not be as strong. Not enough to sustain human life. But with lack of atmosphere fighting the energy back, the sun rays make an easy entry into the sand planet. Every astronaut will have their own home. An individual home will be the size of 50 m2 with a bedroom, working area, living room, greenery and kitchen. 200 m2 combined between the four astronauts all running off the solar panels energy. They will be able to shower regularly and dress like they would at home. At first arrival of humans, wearing a spacesuit outside of their homes is a must. The atmosphere of Mars is less than 1% the thickness of Earth’s atmosphere. Furthermore, it’s made up of 95% carbon dioxide. This is poisonous for us humans to breathe. But like the International Space Station, the homes on Mars will be using similar technology to convert the carbon dioxide from the planet itself into oxygen. The rover that is being sent a few years before the astronauts will have the ability to set up such device. Having solar energy on Mars is one of the key points to
