Diana Roldan, to be referred to as Aggrieved Party (AP) said in an interview on October 15, 2015:

After having been detailed to Human Resources for approximately 12 months AP received a letter dated 9/28/2015 telling her she is to return to the EEO office effective 10/16/2015. The letter was sent from Michael Murphy, Acting Director. AP stated the EEO Office is where she left due to the Sophia Eaves, EEO Program Manager. AP stated people went through her personal belongings while she was on leave.

While AP was in the HR office the supervisor, Brenda Cabunoc offered her a position as GS-5 with no increase and only 2 years back pay for the 3 years owed.
