On Friday, October 16, 2015, I went to a Vegan Oktoberfest with two other Vegan friends. When we go there, the first thing that we did was buy the German Plate. Normally, during Oktoberfest people are supposed to drink tons of beer; however, we went to the event because we wanted to eat tons of food. Nonetheless, after an hour or so, Brian, a graduate student from UT, decided that he wanted to have a beer. Bella, a sophomore at UT, and I became anxious due to Brian being our driver. Furthermore, after the event ended, Brian asked Bella to drive because he didn’t want to take any risks. From this experience, I learned that Brian was flexible, self-connecting, analytical, and specific during this situation. Of course a cup of beer didn’t influence
