I thought that we had to get both agreements signed at the same time.

If not, then we can proceed with ESA, would you please prepare a package including a letter with the below information. I do not need to sign it, just cc’d with a copy.

I will wait to hear from you on the Amended DMA, I believe only outstanding item is the cost of the maintenance since the latest updated agreement incorporated the City’s comments.
