Presenting Problem:
Pt is an 14 y/o African American male that presented to NNBHC accompanied by his mother with SI. Pt states that he currently has SI with a plan to overdose. Pt states recent suicidal attempt was 10/18/15 of overdose of medication of unknown pills; approximately 5 pills. Pt states he has been feeling depressed, and does not know why. Per report from mother the pt was detained in Newport News detention facility for 14 days, which he ran out of Concerta. She states his appointment with his psychiatrist is not until November, however since not having his Concerta she states he has been attempting suicide. She states a couple of days ago she found pink pills on the floor and questioned him about the pills and he did not
