The patient is a 47 year old male who presented to the ED with suicidal ideations with a plan to overdose on sleeping pills. The patient was put under IVC by DayMark for suicidal ideations with a plan. The patient denies homicidal ideations and symptoms of psychosis.

During the time of assessment the patient was sitting upright in his bed. The patient reports that he came back into the hospital because he still felt suicidal after his schedule appointment at DayMark. The patient reports for 3 months he has been on medications with no suicidal thoughts. Patient reports that for 2-3 years he has been on the same medications.
