In summary, on 02/23/17 at 2216 hours, Sgt. Wilson #131 and I were dispatched to 5415 W 25th St. Apt. 1 in regards to a Suicidal Subject.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim (Randle, Kierra L. DOB 03/26/89), who related that she served in the Navy for four years. Kierra related that she suffers from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Anxiety. Kierra further related that she was just discharged from Hine VA earlier in the day. Kierra related that she was not feeling well and wanted to harm herself, but did not elaborate how to harm herself. Kierra kept stating “do you want me to get on the ground” with her hands up in the air. I advised her that she did not need to get on the ground.
