Sugarfine Cafe Case Study

It is my Opinion that SugarFine café will be a profitable business based off the the Cash Pro Forma numbers and the calculations done to determine the expenses and how much profit will be brought in each month. I also agree the the hours the SugarFine is open is realistic for the demographics it is trying to appeal to. In the morning there is coffee available, for lunch you can grab a sweet treat and after dinner there is always room for desert. I have also come to the conclusion that adding the comedian as entertainment and adding flavored coffee to the menu increases the cash flow and allows the SugarFine Café to continue to grow its revenue. The Monthly Product Revenue that is shown has helped me come to the conclusion to visually see what
