Soda is a very sugary drink but one every once in awhile isn’t too bad. Sugar in the drinks aren’t bad but the amount that people drink. Drinking too much soda isn’t good and is linked to a lot of other diseases and symptoms. Obesity, diabetes, and sleepiness are the few symptoms from drinking too many sodas. On the bright side, a soda once in awhile isn’t bad. When you eat out you probably drink soda and the majority is that you eat out four times a month. That's not a lot of soda per serving. Sugar in sodas aren’t bad unless people overly drink the soda. Overly drinking is bad and can cause obesity and diabetes are the most common symptoms of over drinking soda.
