Sugar Informative Speech

Imagine having a night in enveloped with the company of your friends. Watching movies, engulfed in a sea of blankets and pillows, binging on lollies and chocolate. Sounds like heaven right? Wrong. While you and your friends are happily up on cloud nine, your bodies are experiencing their worst nightmares. However this nightmare is on the verge of reality. As much as it pains mean to say, sugar is dangerous. So before I start on the subject of sugar, I would like to inform you that I love a block of chocolate. Sugar is my Achilles heal, the only chink in my armour that interferes with my relatively healthy diet. Lately, I’ve tried to trim down my sugar consumption because I know for a fact that sugar is no good for us.
