Sugar body and Sea salt body scrubs are perfect thing.to help exfoliate, clean, and moisturize your body. There are unending ways to create Sugar and sea salt body scrubs at home and you almost certainly already have the ingredients on hand to stir up a batch or two.
A simple body scrub is made up of two basic ingredients: sugar or salt along with a good oil. If you want added advantages, you can in addition, add in essential oils for a pleasing scent.

You want to select a fine sea salt. Sea salt has a nice size and density for a body scrub and has gentle exfoliating properties. I don't recommend regular table salt as it is too abrasive and may cause tiny cuts on your skin. You should be able to find fine sea salt
