Sugar is usually viewed as some sinful devilish characters that sit on our shoulder tempting us. We love to find a "food villain" for which we can blame all our problems: disease, obesity, and other issues. A few decades ago; that villain was fat. We continue to blame different parts of our diet on different foods. However every time we find a new food to blame we began to realize that the food we blame and take out of our diet turn out to actually be good for us.
"In five years we give our kids a will barrel of sugar" (Oliver 2010) I do believe that is horribly unhealthy and we need to fix that. On the other hand I do not believe all sugar is
