Suffering In Sonny's Blue

James Ballwin writes an amazing short story call Sonny’s Blue. James Baldwin surrounds the Sonny Blue’s with the theme of suffering. Like his short story, James Baldwin is not a Stanger to suffering. He stood up for black’s rights but when through his adverse and struggles because he was a gay, black man. In Sonny blue’s, the theme of suffering is exonerated, throughout the whole story, with the help of such as characters, like the narrator and soon. The narrator is a New York City school teacher, who is Sonny older brother. Sonny is a drug addicted, who loves playing the piano. The narrator describes an environment full with suffering people. By taking a look at his community in which he lives/grow up in, racism is one of courses of suffering, in his community.
