I found the Sucess Plan activity to be a great way to understand my learning strengths and weakness. My strongest learning styles were Aural (auditory-musical), Physical (kinesthetic), Social (interpersonal), Solitary (intrapersonal). I am an avid music lover, so all music does motivate me to work or study. As far as physical, I am very hands on type of learner or like to be actively involved, such as my online learning setting vs. a traditional classroom (lecture). As for Social and Solitary, I am a very social person that interacts with people well. I like learning/working in groups and find that group contributions and feedback from others very valuable.
