They hooked me up and made sure my son was okay and still breeched. After they made sure everything was okay, they told me that it was 10 min until surgery. I had to go into the surgical room by myself, it was terrifying. They gave my spinal blocker and laid me down and I waited for the doctor to come in. Dr. Loftis was amazing he helped keep me calm he even played music to try and help. I had an easy surgery I got to be awake and know what was going on the entire time. Finally, he began the surgery and I was minutes away from meeting Alexander Russell. After about 5 minutes I welcomed my baby boy into the world to the sound of Drops Of Jupiter by Train.
