Success is always controversial when it comes to people defining it. Success has so many different definitions and perspectives from people and you may or may not agree with them. In order to become successful, change must occur. The successful people you hear about did not just magically get there, they tried hard and failed but the thing that made them successful is getting back up and trying harder the next time until they finally are happy with the things they have accomplished. Students need drive and motivation, that's what will lead you to be the best you, you could be failure is okay though, students have learned that success is given a pat in the back and telling you it's so good. Failure however, has always been a bad thing according to teachers and parents. Failure is a good thing because it means you took a risk and you learned from it so you will try another way and if it fails again we'll, try harder. Failure is necessary and it's part of succeeding. Students spend an average of 35 hours at school in addition to homework which may take a couple of hours each week not including clubs sports or extracurricular activities. Organizing time for studying and homework is essential to make progress and complete anything you would like to accomplish. Being disorganized can make you get lower grades. Complete fewer assignments, be more motivated or have get have greater frustration with school and work because they are just all over the place. not all disorganized kids are going to do bad in school but it’s something they do and it doesn't help them do good in school. Being organized reduces stress and allows people to have better management skills. Having better management skills can give you the ability to manage a business and will be good at having an efficient workplace and home.
