Liz went into college to be a therapist. During her few years many clients explained of how they use substance abuse to help them cope. She went back to school and got her master's degree and also learned about how to be a substance abuse therapist. She doesn't know what is going to happen in the future with this problem, but she does have some hopes. She goes with a lot of people when she says she wants this problem to end. In the future we need the community to come together as one whole group. Mental illness is a horrible thing that people have to deal with, but we can't fix the problem of mental health if people keep using these dangerous self harmful drugs.
During Liz's past ten years of being a therapist, she has learned many key lessons to life. One of the biggest things that she has learned was the fact that a way that most people in this community try to help themselves is this usage of substances.
