Per Reporter: Nakia and DeAndre arrived at the ER at 1:00am via car the morning of 10/26/17. It is unknown if Nakia is experiencing a psychiatric or drug abuse issue. Initially Nakia mentioned domestic violence, but change the name of the abuser (Unknown) twice. Nakia mentioned that the abuser was injecting her with insulin and another unknown substance. Nakia stated that whenever she felt the needle touch her skin the person would no longer be there. Nakia was unable to provide intelligible or coherent information. Nakia reported criminal acts (prostitution ring) that was supposedly going on at her home and another location, but was unable to provide an address. Nakia mentioned living in West, MS. DeAndre was unable to provide any information
