In April 1917, the United States had the right to enter World War 1 on the side of England, France, and Russia. The reason why the United States had the right to enter is because Germany had already declared war on us and the people of the United States, the Zimmerman Note that Britain intercepted and gave to Wilson which stated an alliance with Mexico, and if we didn’t go to war, England, France, and Russia would have lost the war which would be bad for us if we stayed neutral.
