The main purpose of this study is to assess the food and service of Subi-Monte Café in Centennial Road, Kawit Cavite.
The specific problems that will be answered through the research are the following:

1. What is the demographic profile of the respondents according to:
1.1 gender;
1.2 age;
1.3 civil status;
1.4 employment status
1.5 monthly salary
1.6 place of residence?

2. What is the behavioral profile of the respondents in terms of: 2.1 reason for visit; 2.2 frequency of visit; 2.3 spent per visit?

3. How do the customers assess the food and drinks of Subi-Monte Café in terms of:
3.1 taste;
3.2 quality;
3.3 price;
3.4 freshness;
3.5 serving size?

4. How do the customers assess the service

Hypothesis of the Study The null hypothesis of this study is “the food and service offerings of Subi-Monte Café is the most important factor to satisfy customers and achieving the continuous improvement of their business”.

Significance of the Study The research findings will be of great benefit to the following groups of individuals:
Owner of Subi-Monte Café
The study will help the owner/manager to know and assess their current status from their customers; also to make them be more knowledgeable to how Subi-Monte Café satisfies their customers in their food and service offerings and to be more motivated to improve their business continuously.

Staff of Subi-Monte Café
The study will help the staffs to improve their performance in assisting their customer needs and also to make them more educated in how they handle the conflicts of their customers. Present Customers of Subi-Monte Café

Future Researchers The study will help the future researchers to guide them to be their reference for future studies that related to the topic assessment of offerings basis in continuous improvement.

Feasibility of Study The researchers have access to the data needed for the research. Information about the coffee shop will be provided by the Subi-Monte Café Management. In addition, identifying the assessment of offerings can be gathered from the existing customers during data gathering through survey and questionnaires. The researchers also have access to the related literatures and studies from the internet and books available at STV library. Lastly, the researchers also preferred Subi-Monte Café since it is within of Cavite area.

Scope and Delimitations The study is limited to the current customer of Subi-Monte Café Centennial road, Kawit Cavite. The sampling would take place on the peak days of the coffee shop in order to collect the most accurate information.
